OUR CLASSES
Our postnatal yoga classes are a unique blend of movement for mama, baby yoga and massage and community building. Nurturing you is my number one goal because you deserve to be nurtured too, mom. We focus on gentle, yet strengthening poses to help heal your body post birth while we create space in our hips, backs and shoulders because caring for your baby is big (and heavy) work! We practice different yoga stretches for baby and baby massage which are beneficial for aiding in sleep, easing teething pains, and even helps boost their immune systems. Class ends with a beautiful community circle where we discuss important topics in this season of our life.

Our workshops are geared towards providing support for families and parents. Between yoga nidra, parent journaling and reflecting workshops and classes specifically designed to refill your cup- there's always a new way to learn, grow and discover.
