Do you offer adult classes?Adult classes have been added to the schedule to give parents and caregivers (and any adult) the opportunity to "Refill their cup". Class is a mix of movement and mindfulness. It is gentle and for all levels- beginners welcome and encouraged to come!

What are your qualifications?I am a certified and insured trauma informed yoga instructor. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training nearly 10 years ago and have been teaching yoga since. I am certified in yoga nidra (or yoga sleep), restorative yoga and I have completed trauma sensitive workshops. I have a bachelors in family and child relationships, and I was an elementary school teacher for a few years. My passion is in connection, nurturing and educating.

Are your classes sensory friendly?All classes can be modified for our neurodiverse friends- all are welcome, always. Parents are required to participate/ be present in class. All classes have a big emphasis on social interactions and play, are language rich and offer opportunities to enhance their self-esteem and self-awareness. While we do play music, sing and move, modifications can always be made. Parents, please use your digression when signing up for classes. I encourage you to read class descriptions and decide if class is best for your child- after all, you do know them best! Please email me with specific questions.

What should I wear and pack?You'll need a towel/ blanket or yoga mat to sit on during class. Since some classes are outdoors- please dress appropriately for the weather. Sunscreen, hats, and weather appropriate gear is recommended. I also recommend you bring water or a drink for both you and your little one.

Are your classes held indoors our outdoors?Class is outdoors whenever possible but we do have an indoor location as well. If the weather does not allow us to practice safely outdoors, class will be inside the building.
OUR POLICIES
Sick Policy
Our number one priority is the health and safety of our students and parents. Please do not attend class if you or your child has any sick symptoms, has tested positive for covid-19 or Influenza or has come in contact with someone who has tested positive. Sick symptoms include but are not limited to:

Fever

Diarrhea or vomiting

Runny nose

Cough/ sneezing

*please only return to class if you are symptom free for 48 hours*
​If you come to class sick, you may be asked to leave- please understand this is to minimize the spread of sickness and to ensure safety for the rest of the class. Please email me to let me know you will be missing class and I will send you a class voucher to be redeemed within 3 months.

Vacation/Missed Class Policy
If you miss class due to vacation or other reasons (non-sickness related), it is your responsibility to email me to reschedule your class. Email hello@flowtogrowwellness.com to schedule your make up class.
Cancelation Policy
All sales are final. If you do not wish to complete your session, you may transfer your classes to a friend. Email us at hello@flowtogrowwellness.com to find out more information.

Teacher Cancelation Policy
​If the instructor of class needs to cancel class- you will be notified via email, text message or phone call. We specifically design our schedule to include an extra week at the end of each session for make ups if needed. Classes may be canceled due to personal sickness or inclement weather but you will be notified as soon as possible.
